RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Goods sold are not refundable, returnable nor exchange. Please ensure that you are confident that you are buying the right products for your usage before you pay for the order you made.
- M.E. ASIA DISTRIBUTION will only exchange goods for its customers under the following circumstances only:- a) MANUFACTURER DEFECT : Within Three (3) Days from receiving the goods from our courier service company, if you discover any manufacturer defect on the good received, please return it to us in the same condition when you receive it together with its original packaging, wrapper, manual, purchase order, invoice, etc. The returned product must not be used nor tampered. Should we discover signs of abused on the product returned or none of the earlier conditions are satisfactory, we reserve the rights not to accept the exchange request. b) WRONG DELIVERED ITEM : Within Three (3) Days from receiving the goods from our courier service company, if you discover the goods received are not the same as what you have ordered, please return it to us in the same condition when you receive it together with its original packaging un-open. The returned product should be still intact in its original packaging. Should we discover signs of tampered, we reserved the rights not to accept the exchange request.
- In any of the events mentioned under item 2 above, M.E. ASIA DISTRIBUTION will bear the return shipping cost and its re-delivery cost based on 'standard delivery' shipping cost. However, should we discover elements of abused or tampered as previously described under item 2 (a) and (b), M.E. ASIA DISTRIBUTION will pass-on all shipping costs incurred back to the customer who lodged the complaints.
- Our brand partners that we are partnering with may have different standard of warranty on their respective products. M.E. ASIA DISTRIBUTION practices 'back-to-back' warranty with our brand partners. Which means, if our brand partners provide a certain extent of warranty for their particular products, M.E. ASIA DISTRIBUTION will honour them according to their terms and conditions. Please read the specific brand that you are purchasing for its warranty coverage.
- In order to initiate the Return & Refund Policy, customers must first write-in to email@example.com describing the experience and submit photography proofs, and thereafter we will take over the situation. M.E. ASIA DISTRIBUTION upon receiving the returned goods will assess the situation and rectify the problems accordingly. In any events, no cash refund will be given, except for exchanging the goods.
- M.E. ASIA DISTRIBUTION reserves the right to amend, add or omit any parts of this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice at our discretion.
