SHIPPING POLICY

A) DOMESTIC DELIVERY (MALAYSIA ONLY)

  1. M.E. ASIA DISTRIBUTION provides delivery services to whole of Malaysia, as long as your areas are within the coverage of our courier service companies. Standard delivery may varies from Three (3) to Five (5) Days for Peninsular Malaysia and Three (3) to Seven (7) Days for Sabah and Sarawak, subjected to Public Holidays and weekend holidays. 
  2. We can only send orders to street addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  3. At the time of delivery, you will be required to validate the receipt of the goods by providing your signature to courier service companies. You may, at your absence, nominate someone you trusted to receive the goods on your behalf, and it shall be your responsibility to retrieve the goods you purchased from your nominated receiver. By signing the recipient acknowledgment, you agree that you have inspected the packing of the parcel and have ensured that the seal is not damaged. Should the seal be tampered, please check the content of the parcel and you may refuse to sign for the parcel.
  4. If you are not around at your shipping address provided to receive your purchased order, please log in to your account or the courier service website to track the status of your shipment. Should the order be unable to be delivered to you after the number of attempts by our appointed courier service company or you do not pick-up your order at a nearby location as stated by the courier service company, the order may be forfeited and we will not refund you any amount that you have spent on your order.
  5. We deliver all orders using our standard packing materials. We do not provide special packaging at this moment.
  6. We are only able to deliver to One (1) address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place each order separately for each individual address.
  7. Any dates quoted by us for delivery of the goods are merely an estimate and shall not form part of the sales contract. In no event shall M.E. ASIA DISTRIBUTION be liable for increase expenses or delivery cost, loss of profits or goodwill or any other special, incidental direct or indirect or consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery of the goods.
  8. M.E. ASIA DISTRIBUTION reserves the rights to amend, add or omit any of part of this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice at our discretion.

B) INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (SOUTH-EAST ASIA REGION ONLY)

  1. M.E. ASIA DISTRBUTION provides delivery services to any nations under South-East Asia region only, as long as your areas are within the coverage of our courier service companies. Lead time for standard delivery may varies from country to country, subjected to geographical of the destinated coutry, Public Holidays and weekend holidays. In any event, delivery of goods is expected to be within reasonable time frame.
  2. We can only send orders to valid street addresses provided by you. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  3. At the time of delivery, you will be required to validate the receipt of the goods by providing your signature to courier service companies. You may, at your absence, nominate someone you trusted to receive the goods on your behalf, and it shall be your responsibility to retrieve the goods you purchased from your nominated receiver.   8. All of our international deliveries are treated as 'Standard Delivery' where delivery time may be long and tedious. However, should you have preferences to opt for 'Express Delivery' where delivery lead time may be shortened, you are obliged to inform M.E. ASIA DISTRIBUTION in advanced on such request. We will quote and charge you on the additional shipping cost for the premium service you have requested for.
  9. All taxes, duties and custom fees arises from international delivery of the goods to your respective countries shall be fully-borne by the recipient of the goods. These charges may varies from country to country - Therefore, we are unable to advise what the cost would be like. M.E. ASIA DISTRIBUTION has no control over the fees imposed to you and we will not reimburse any cost arising from this.
  10. M.E. ASIA DISTRIBUTION reserves the rights to amend, add or omit any of part of this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice at our discretion.
